Deliveries

Pallet deliveries will be dispatched to you on a 'door to door' only 48 hour courier service.
This can be upgraded to a 24 hour service at an additional charge.
AM or PM deliveries can be requested but not guaranteed.

The couriers vehicles are manned by only one person.
The driver will off load the pallets but you will need to provide suitable help to take the goods into your premises.

The driver will wait approx. 5-10 minutes depending on the size of the delivery whilst you check quantity of pallets & boxes / items.
Also check if boxes / packaging is damaged and note this on the drivers paperwork (see our delivery procedure's sheet sent with invoice).

Any shortages or damges must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.
